A sponsor cannot see a sponsorship
Symptoms
You expected to see a specific sponsorship on the storefront but it's missing.
The chamber told you about an upcoming event, but the listing isn't there yet.
You see the event but no sponsorship tiers under it.
Common causes
Sponsorship is set to Not yet available — the chamber hasn't published it.
It's in a First rights window, where only authorized renewing sponsors can see it.
Inventory sold out and the chamber is hiding it from the storefront.
Filters are hiding it (e.g., date range excludes the event).
The chamber put it in a different category than where you're looking.
Fix
Clear all filters on the storefront and search by the event name.
If you renewed last year, check My First Rights — it may be reserved for you there.
Look at the event detail page directly. If there are no tiers, the chamber hasn't published them yet.
If a competitor mentioned buying it, the inventory may be sold out — confirm with the chamber.
Contact the chamber and ask when the sponsorship will be on sale.
Still stuck?
The chamber controls what's published. Reach out and ask whether the sponsorship is unpublished, in a first-rights window, or sold out. They can either publish it for you or tell you when to check back.
