I see permission denied or cannot access a page
Symptoms
You click into a page and see "permission denied" or "you do not have access."
A button you expected is missing.
You can sign in but a section of My Account is grayed out.
Common causes
Your representative role is too low for the action (e.g., Viewer trying to buy).
You're at the wrong chamber — switch using the chamber dropdown.
The chamber disabled the feature on their side (e.g., packages turned off).
You were removed as a representative and didn't notice.
Your session is stale — sign out and back in.
Fix
Check the chamber switcher to confirm you're at the right chamber.
Open My Account > Businesses to see your role on each business.
If you need a higher role, ask the business Owner or Manager to upgrade you — see the rep roles article.
Sign out, clear cookies for trychamberly.com, then sign back in.
If a feature is missing entirely, ask the chamber whether it's enabled.
Still stuck?
If your role is correct and the chamber confirms the feature is on, take a screenshot of the page and the URL and send it to the chamber. They can include it in a support ticket so we can diagnose.
