A coupon code says invalid
Symptoms
You enter a code in the cart and see "invalid coupon" or "not eligible."
The code worked before but now does not.
The discount appears smaller than expected.
Common causes
Coupon expired or hit its overall usage limit.
You've already used a single-use coupon.
Restricted to certain emails — your account isn't on the list.
Cart total doesn't meet the minimum.
Items in cart aren't eligible (e.g., coupon only applies to packages).
Typo — extra space or pasted from formatted text.
Fix
Re-type the code by hand to avoid invisible characters from copy-paste.
Make sure you've added the eligible items to the cart before applying.
Add another item if you're below the minimum cart total.
Sign in if you haven't — some coupons require a logged-in account to verify eligibility.
Check the email message that delivered the coupon for restrictions or expiry date.
If you believe the coupon should still work, screenshot the cart and contact the chamber.
