I cannot log in

Edited

Symptoms

  • The login page rejects your password.

  • You see "account inactive" or "account not found."

  • You log in successfully but get bounced back to the login screen.

Common causes

  • Wrong password or wrong email — surprisingly common when you have multiple accounts.

  • Account hasn't been verified yet (the verification email was missed).

  • Cookies are blocked, so the session cannot persist.

  • You signed up at a different chamber and forgot which email you used.

  • The chamber temporarily deactivated the account.

Fix

  1. Confirm you're on the right chamber's storefront URL — each chamber has its own.

  2. Try the OTP login — if a code arrives, the email is correct.

  3. If no code arrives, check spam, then try a different email you might have used.

  4. If you can sign in but get kicked back, allow cookies for trychamberly.com (and your chamber's custom domain if any).

  5. Use the forgot-password flow to reset.

  6. If the system says "account inactive," the chamber must reactivate. Email them directly.

Still stuck?

Contact your chamber and include the email you tried, the time of the attempt, and the browser you used. They can check the audit log on their side. If it's a Chamberly platform issue, the chamber will escalate to support.
