Resetting a forgotten password

Forgot your password? The reset flow emails you a one-time link to set a new one. The link is valid for 30 minutes and only works once.

• You'll need access to the inbox tied to your account.

• If you're unsure which email you used, try each — only the matching one will receive the link.

1. From the login page, click Forgot password?

2. Enter your email and submit.

3. Open the email titled "Reset your Chamberly password" within 30 minutes.

4. Click the link, set a new password, and submit.

5. You'll be signed in automatically. All other sessions get signed out.

• If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then add no-reply@trychamberly.com to your safe senders.

• If you no longer have access to the email, contact the chamber. They can verify your identity and help update it.

• Avoid using a temporary password — set the real one right away.

Why did the link expire so fast?
Reset links are short-lived for security. Request another if needed.

Can I use OTP instead of resetting?
Yes — just request a one-time code from the login screen and skip the password entirely.

Will resetting affect my orders or first rights?
No. Account history is unchanged.
