Changing your password

Edited

Overview

You can change your password any time from My Account. Changing it signs you out of all other sessions, which is a quick way to reset access if you suspect someone else used your account.

Before you start

  • Know your current password. If you don't, use the forgot-password flow instead.

  • Have a password manager handy — strong passwords are hard to remember.

Step-by-step

  1. Click your avatar and open My Account.

  2. Open the Security tab.

  3. Click Change password.

  4. Enter your current password, then a new one twice.

  5. Save. You'll stay signed in on this device, but every other session is logged out.

Tips & best practices

  • Use at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

  • Don't reuse a password from another site. Use a password manager so you don't have to remember it.

  • If you suspect compromise, change the password and review your active sessions if available.

FAQ

What's the minimum password length?
8 characters, but we strongly recommend more.

Can I disable the password and only use OTP?
Not yet. The password serves as a backup if email is unavailable.

Will my coworkers be signed out too?
Only sessions tied to your account. Reps sign in with their own accounts.
