Uploading a company logo

Edited

Overview

Your logo is what the chamber displays on event pages, leaderboards, signage, and printed materials when you sponsor. A clean, high-resolution logo makes a big visual difference at events.

Before you start

  • Have a logo file: PNG with transparent background is best. SVG and JPG also work.

  • Aim for at least 600px on the longest side. Bigger is fine — we'll resize for the web.

Step-by-step

  1. Open My Account and choose Businesses.

  2. Click the business you want to update.

  3. In the logo section click Upload and pick the file.

  4. Crop or reposition if prompted, then save.

  5. The new logo appears on every active and upcoming sponsorship for this business.

Tips & best practices

  • Use your most current branding. Don't use a low-resolution screenshot — it will look blurry on event signage.

  • If you have multiple variants (square, horizontal), the chamber may ask for a specific shape.

  • For dark-background placements, a transparent PNG looks best.

FAQ

Why is my logo not showing on an event?
Some chambers require approval before logos go live. Reach out if it's been more than a day.

Can I have a different logo for different chambers?
Yes — each chamber stores its own copy. Upload the right one in each.

What's the file-size limit?
10 MB. Most logos are under 1 MB.
