Updating your profile
Overview
Your profile is the contact and identity info the chamber sees when they look at your account — name, email, phone, and the businesses you represent. Keeping it accurate helps the chamber reach you and credit your sponsorships correctly.
Before you start
Sign in.
Have your current contact info ready.
Step-by-step
Click your avatar and choose My Account.
Open the Profile tab.
Edit your name, email, phone, and time zone.
Save. The change applies immediately across every chamber that has you on their roster.
If you change your email, you'll receive a verification message at the new address. Click it to confirm.
Tips & best practices
Use a business email so colleagues can take over the account if needed.
Keep your phone current — chambers use it for time-sensitive issues like missing assets before an event.

FAQ
Will updating my email break past orders?
No. Order history stays linked to your account.
Why didn't the verification email arrive?
Check spam. If it's still missing, request a new one and see the email troubleshooting article.
Can I have two emails on one account?
Only one primary email at a time. Add additional people as representatives instead.
