Order statuses for sponsors
Overview
Each order moves through a short set of statuses from the time you check out to the time fulfillment wraps up. Knowing what each one means tells you what — if anything — is expected of you next.
Before you start
Status changes are visible in My Orders and on the order detail page.
Most status changes also trigger an email so you don't have to keep checking.
Step-by-step
Pending — Order created but payment not yet confirmed. For card orders this is brief. For reservation orders it stays here until payment posts.
Committed — Payment confirmed (or reservation accepted). Sponsorships are reserved for you. The chamber will start fulfillment.
In progress — The chamber is actively fulfilling — collecting your logo, prepping signage, scheduling features.
Fulfilled — All benefits delivered. Nothing left for either side to do.
Cancelled — Order or specific items were cancelled. Refund details will follow if applicable.
Refunded — Funds were returned. Visible alongside the original payment line.
Tips & best practices
If your order is committed but you still need to deliver assets (logo, copy), check the order detail page — there's usually a checklist.
Cancellation is generally only possible while the order is pending or committed. Once it moves to in progress, the chamber decides on a case-by-case basis.
Reservation orders usually sit in pending the longest. Once payment posts, status moves automatically.
FAQ
Will I get an email at every status change?
For most. Notifications also appear in your bell.
Can a fulfilled order be reopened?
Only by the chamber. Reach out if something is wrong.
What if my order is stuck in pending for days?
For card orders, contact us. For reservations, that is normal until your payment is recorded.
