Viewing your orders
Overview
My Orders shows every order you have placed at this chamber, with status, total, and a link to the full detail page. Use it to grab receipts, check fulfillment, or kick off a cancellation.
Before you start
Sign in.
Switch to the chamber whose orders you want to see — orders are scoped to one chamber at a time.
Step-by-step
Click your avatar in the upper right and choose My Orders.
Browse the table — most recent at the top.
Filter by status if you have many orders.
Click an order to see line items, statuses, the invoice, and any notes the chamber has added.
From the detail page you can resend the receipt, download the invoice, or request a cancellation.
Tips & best practices
Pin My Orders as a bookmark if you reference it often.
Use the search box at the top to find an order by number, event name, or date.
If you sponsor at multiple chambers, switch chambers to see the corresponding order list.
FAQ
Why is an old order missing?
It may live under a different chamber. Switch chambers and check.
Can I export all my orders?
Not directly from the sponsor side. The chamber can export on your behalf if needed.
What does "partially fulfilled" mean?
Some line items shipped or were activated and others are still pending. The detail page breaks down each line.
