Reservation checkout (no card needed)

Some chambers run a reservation model — you commit to a sponsorship online but pay later, usually by check or invoice. There is no card form. The order is confirmed the moment you submit.

• Confirm with the chamber how invoicing or payment will be handled offline.

• Check the cart total — once you confirm, the chamber expects payment per their terms.

1. Add items to your cart and apply a coupon if you have one.

2. Click Checkout.

3. Confirm your billing and contact details.

4. Click Reserve. There is no Stripe redirect — you'll go straight to the confirmation page.

5. You will receive an email confirmation. The chamber will follow up with payment instructions.

• Treat reservation checkout as a binding commitment. The sponsorship inventory drops the moment you reserve.

How will I be invoiced?
The chamber sets the workflow — typically by mailed invoice or a follow-up email. Ask if you are unsure.

Can I switch to card payment later?
If the chamber is set up for both, contact them. Otherwise the original method stands.

Does reservation checkout work for packages?
Yes. Packages, sponsorships, and products all support reservation if the chamber has it enabled.
