Checking out with a card

Edited

Overview

When your chamber accepts online payment, checkout goes through Stripe. You will see a secure payment page hosted by Stripe, complete the card details, and land back on a confirmation page once payment succeeds.

Before you start

  • Items in cart, coupon applied if you have one.

  • Your card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most regional cards work.

  • Your phone if your bank requires 3D Secure verification.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Checkout in the cart.

  2. Confirm the billing details. Edit if needed.

  3. Click Pay with card — you will be sent to Stripe.

  4. Enter your card number, expiry, CVC, and ZIP. Approve any 3D Secure prompt your bank sends.

  5. You'll return to the confirmation page once Stripe approves the charge.

  6. An order confirmation email follows within a couple of minutes. The receipt and invoice live on the order detail page.

Tips & best practices

  • Don't refresh while Stripe is processing — the order may double-submit and you'll need to call support.

  • If 3D Secure fails, click back and request a new authorization. Don't enter the card again immediately, that increases decline risk.

  • The confirmation email lands in the inbox you registered with. Check spam if it does not appear.
