Applying a coupon code

Coupons are entered in your cart, not at the Stripe payment screen. The discount applies immediately and updates the totals so you can see exactly what you will pay.

• Have the exact code — coupons are case-insensitive but spaces matter.

• Make sure the items you want to discount are already in the cart.

1. Open the cart by clicking the cart icon.

2. Find the coupon field below the line items.

3. Type or paste the code and click Apply.

4. Check the totals — the discount appears as a separate line.

5. Continue to checkout.

• Only one coupon at a time, in most cases. Switching codes replaces the previous discount.

• If the coupon is restricted to certain items, only the eligible lines will receive the discount and the rest stay at full price.

• Some coupons require a minimum cart total. Add an additional item to qualify if you are close.

The code says "invalid" — what now?
It may have expired, hit its usage limit, be limited to certain emails, or not match the items in your cart. See the troubleshooting article for a checklist.

Can I stack coupons?
Not unless the chamber explicitly allows it. The cart will tell you if a stack is permitted.

Will the discount show on my receipt?
Yes — both the cart total and the receipt itemize the discount.
