Packages bundle multiple sponsorships across one or more events into a single price — usually at a discount. They are a quick way to commit to a year's worth of visibility in one transaction.

Before you start

  • Compare the bundle price to buying the items individually so you know the savings.

  • Confirm the events fit your calendar — packages typically cannot be unbundled after purchase.

Step-by-step

  1. From the storefront, open Packages.

  2. Browse the available bundles. Each card shows the bundle price and headline benefits.

  3. Click a package to view the full list of included sponsorships and any package-specific perks.

  4. If the package looks right, click Add to cart.

  5. Proceed to checkout normally. The package appears as one line item, but every included sponsorship is reserved for you.

Tips & best practices

  • Packages often sell out faster than individual tiers because they take inventory off multiple events at once.

  • If you only want one or two events, buying separately may be a better fit.

  • Some packages include first rights for next year. Look for that note on the package detail page.

FAQ

Can I swap an event inside a package?
Not on your own. Email the chamber and they may be able to substitute — it depends on inventory.

Will the package show up in My Orders or My Packages?
Both. The order has the receipt, and My Packages shows the active bundle and its included items.

What happens if one of the events gets cancelled?
The chamber will reach out with options — substitute event, partial refund, or credit. Policies vary.
