Overview
Your account is the home base for everything you do at a chamber — buying sponsorships, tracking orders, managing first rights, and updating your business profile. This article walks through each section so you know where to find things.
Before you start
Be signed in at your chamber's storefront.
Click your avatar in the top right to open the account menu.
Step-by-step
Storefront — Browse events, sponsorships, packages, and products. The chamber may also surface a leaderboard or featured sponsorships here.
Cart — Items waiting to be checked out. The icon shows a count when something is inside.
My Orders — Every order you have placed, with status, totals, and links to invoices.
My First Rights — Sponsorships where you hold renewal priority. Days remaining, bulk add-to-cart, and history.
My Packages — Bundled sponsorship packages you have purchased.
My Account — Profile, businesses you represent, representatives on each business, password, and notification preferences.
Notification bell — Three sections: platform alerts, chamber announcements, and personal notifications.
Tips & best practices
Bookmark My Orders if you reference receipts often.
Update your logo and contact info before checking out so the chamber can credit you correctly.
If you manage sponsorships on behalf of someone else, set them as a representative — see the representatives articles for how.

Where do I see what is included in a sponsorship I bought?
Open My Orders and click the order, then expand each line item. Benefits and notes appear there.
Can I download a sponsorship summary?
Yes — invoices and order PDFs are available from the order detail page.
Why do I see different sections at different chambers?
Some chambers turn off features like packages or first rights. The menu only shows what your chamber has enabled.
