Logging in with a one-time code

Edited

Overview

If you would rather not remember a password, request a one-time code (OTP). We email you a six-digit number that you type into the login screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes and only works once.

Before you start

  • Access to the inbox associated with your sponsor account.

  • A modern browser with cookies allowed.

Step-by-step

  1. From the login page, enter your email and choose Email me a code.

  2. Open the email titled "Your Chamberly login code" within the next 10 minutes.

  3. Copy the six-digit code.

  4. Paste it into the verification field on the login screen and submit.

  5. You are signed in. The session lasts about two weeks unless you log out.

Tips & best practices

  • If the code does not arrive in two minutes, check spam and request a new one. Old codes are invalidated when a new one is issued.

  • Codes are tied to the device that requested them — open the email on the same device or browser when possible.

  • For long sessions on shared devices, prefer the magic link option, which auto-expires sooner.

FAQ

Can I use OTP if I never set a password?
Yes. OTP works whether or not you have a password.

I get an "invalid code" message — why?
The code expired, was already used, or you typed it wrong. Request a fresh code and try again.

Does OTP work on every chamber I belong to?
Yes. The login flow is the same at every chamber storefront.
