From name and reply-to
Overview
Your From Name and Reply-To settings control how recipients see and respond to chamber emails. Getting these right improves open rates and ensures replies land where you can act on them.
Before you start
Decide on a friendly From Name (often the chamber name or executive director).
Have a verified domain ready if you want to send from a custom address.
Pick a real, monitored Reply-To inbox.
Step-by-step
Open Settings > Email.
Set From Name — for example, Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Set From Email — must be on a verified domain.
Set Reply-To — can differ from From Email; replies will land here.
Optionally add a BCC address to log all outgoing email to a shared inbox.
Toggle Open Tracking and Click Tracking on or off based on your privacy preference.
Save.
Tips & best practices
Avoid no-reply addresses — they hurt deliverability and frustrate sponsors.
If your team rotates email duties, use a shared inbox for Reply-To.
Send a test email after every change to confirm formatting.
FAQ
Can I have different From Names per email type?
Not currently. The From Name is global per chamber.
Does Open Tracking slow emails?
No. Tracking pixels are tiny and have no measurable impact on send speed.
