Exporting orders

Edited

Overview

Order exports let you pull all your orders to CSV for accounting, reconciliation, or board reporting. You can filter by date range and order status before downloading.

Before you start

  • Decide the date range you want — month, quarter, or year typically work well.

  • Have your accounting destination in mind (spreadsheet, accounting software, QuickBooks).

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to Sidebar > Orders.

  2. Apply filters: status (Pending, Completed, Refunded, Cancelled) and date range.

  3. Click Export CSV at the top right.

  4. Open the file — columns include order ID, customer, business, total, status, payment method, event, and sponsorship.

  5. Use this file directly or feed it into your accounting workflow.

Tips & best practices

  • Export at month-end to keep your books current.

  • Use the same filters as your accountant to keep numbers consistent month-over-month.

  • If you use QuickBooks, see our QuickBooks invoice export instead — it produces a more accounting-friendly format.
