Member activity report

Edited

Overview

The member activity report gives you a per-member view of order history, login frequency, and profile changes. Use it to identify engaged members or flag accounts that may need re-engagement.

Before you start

  • Make sure your members have logged in at least once so login data exists.

  • Decide what time window matters — 30, 90, or 365 days.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Sidebar > Reports > Member Activity.

  2. Search for a specific member or browse the full list.

  3. Click a member to see their order history, login history, and profile change log.

  4. Filter the entire report by activity type to spot patterns chamber-wide.

  5. Export CSV for outreach lists.

Tips & best practices

  • Members with no logins in 90 days are good candidates for a friendly check-in.

  • Sudden profile changes (email, business assignment) can flag account handoffs you should know about.

  • Pair this report with the sponsor report to identify high-value but low-engagement accounts.

FAQ

Can members see this data?
