Revenue report

Edited

Overview

The revenue report breaks down income by period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), by event, and by sponsorship tier. You can switch between cumulative and period-only views to spot trends or compare time slices.

Before you start

  • Decide which dimension matters most: time, event, or tier.

  • Have a comparison period in mind if you want to benchmark.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Sidebar > Reports > Revenue.

  2. Pick a Group By option: Date, Event, or Tier.

  3. Set the period granularity — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

  4. Toggle Cumulative to see running totals or Period-Only for each interval in isolation.

  5. Use the chart and table together to spot patterns, then export to CSV if you need to share.

Tips & best practices

  • Cumulative views work well for board presentations.

  • Tier-grouped reports highlight which sponsorship levels are selling most consistently.

  • Compare year-over-year by stacking two yearly reports side by side.
