Sponsor and leaderboard report

The sponsor report ranks your top spenders. You can view it all-time, by year, or for a custom range. It shares data with the public-facing leaderboard but adds extra columns for internal use.

• Confirm at least a handful of completed orders exist so the rankings are meaningful.

• Decide if you want all sponsors or just the top portion (top 10, 25, 50).

1. Open Sidebar > Reports > Sponsors.

2. Choose a date range — All-time, Yearly, or Custom.

3. Sort by total spend, order count, or last order date.

4. Click any sponsor row to view their full history.

5. Export CSV when you need to share the list externally.

• Use this report to build target lists for your annual campaign.

• Identify lapsed top sponsors — anyone whose last order was over 12 months ago — and reach out personally.

• Combine with member activity to spot warm leads.

Is this the same as the public leaderboard?
The data is the same, but this report includes hidden sponsors and additional columns like email and order count.

Can I segment by event?
Yes. Use the Filter By Event dropdown to limit results.
