Exporting leaderboard data

Edited

Overview

Export your leaderboard rankings to CSV when you need to share results with your board, recognize sponsors at a banquet, or feed the data into another system.

Before you start

  • Set the date range you want to export from Sidebar > Leaderboard.

  • Confirm spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) is available to open the file.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Sidebar > Leaderboard.

  2. Adjust the date filter to match the period you want to export.

  3. Click Export CSV in the top-right.

  4. Save the file locally — it includes rank, sponsor name, business, total spend, order count, and last order date.

  5. Open in your spreadsheet application and sort or filter as needed.

Tips & best practices

  • Export quarterly to track sponsor growth over time.

  • Use the export as a mail-merge source for personalized recognition emails.

  • Keep historical exports — they make great year-end reports for your board.

FAQ

Does the export honor the Top N setting?
No. The export includes every sponsor with at least one qualifying order, regardless of the public Top N display limit.

Are hidden sponsors included?
Yes. Sponsors who hid themselves from the public leaderboard are still in the export so you have complete records.
