Exporting leaderboard data
Overview
Export your leaderboard rankings to CSV when you need to share results with your board, recognize sponsors at a banquet, or feed the data into another system.
Before you start
Set the date range you want to export from Sidebar > Leaderboard.
Confirm spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) is available to open the file.
Step-by-step
Open Sidebar > Leaderboard.
Adjust the date filter to match the period you want to export.
Click Export CSV in the top-right.
Save the file locally — it includes rank, sponsor name, business, total spend, order count, and last order date.
Open in your spreadsheet application and sort or filter as needed.
Tips & best practices
Export quarterly to track sponsor growth over time.
Use the export as a mail-merge source for personalized recognition emails.
Keep historical exports — they make great year-end reports for your board.
FAQ
Does the export honor the Top N setting?
No. The export includes every sponsor with at least one qualifying order, regardless of the public Top N display limit.
Are hidden sponsors included?
Yes. Sponsors who hid themselves from the public leaderboard are still in the export so you have complete records.
