Overview

The Chamberly leaderboard ranks your sponsors by total spending so you can publicly recognize your most engaged supporters. It is available on the Pro tier and above, and you control where it appears, how many sponsors are visible, and how often it resets.

Before you start

  • Confirm your chamber is on the Pro plan or higher in Settings > Subscription.

  • Decide whether you want lifetime, annual, or custom date-range rankings.

  • Have at least one paid order in your system so the leaderboard has data to display.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Sidebar > Leaderboard to view current rankings.

  2. Use the date-range selector at the top to switch between all-time, year, or a custom range.

  3. Click Configure to set the title, the number of sponsors shown, and the reset frequency.

  4. Visit Settings > Leaderboard Visibility to toggle which of the five locations display the leaderboard.

  5. Save your configuration and preview the live page to confirm the layout.

Tips & best practices

  • Start with a Top 10 list — it feels exclusive without being too narrow.

  • Reset annually if you want fresh competition each year, or keep it cumulative to honor long-term supporters.

  • Mention the leaderboard in sponsor outreach to encourage repeat purchases.

FAQ

Does the leaderboard count refunded orders?
No. Only completed and non-refunded order totals are included.

Can sponsors opt out of being shown?
Yes. Sponsors can hide their listing from their account preferences.
