You can update a member's profile fields — first/last name, company, job title, phone, website, and logo — at any time. This is helpful when sponsors send corrections by email or when you onboard a new contact at an existing business.

Before you start

  • Have the corrected information ready.

  • If updating a logo, prepare the image as PNG or JPG, ideally square or wide aspect.

  • Open Sales > Members and find the member.

Step-by-step

  1. Click the member row to open their profile.

  2. Click Edit profile.

  3. Update first name, last name, company, job title, phone, and website as needed.

  4. To change the logo, click the upload area and select a new image.

  5. Click Save. Changes apply immediately and propagate to event pages and the leaderboard.

Tips & best practices

  • Confirm changes with the member, especially if they reflect a job title shift.

  • Use a high-resolution logo (at least 800px wide) so it looks crisp in marketing materials.

  • Standardize phone format (e.g., (555) 123-4567) across the chamber for cleaner exports.

  • Use the audit log to track who made the edit if questions come up later.

FAQ

Can the member edit their own profile?
Yes. Sponsors can update their own info from their account dashboard.

Will the change update past orders?
Profile changes apply going forward; historical order records keep the original data for accounting.
