Using the Header block

Edited

Overview

The Header block sits at the top of every email and usually carries your chamber’s logo. It supports logo placement, alignment, padding, and a background color so the email feels on-brand from the first pixel.

Before you start

  • Upload your logo under Settings > Branding so it appears in the block automatically.

  • Recommended logo size: 200–400px wide, transparent PNG.

Step-by-step

  1. In the email builder, drag a Header block to the top of the canvas (or open an existing one).

  2. The logo populates from your branding settings. Click Replace to upload a different image.

  3. Set Alignment to Left, Center, or Right.

  4. Adjust Padding (top/bottom) using the sliders.

  5. Set Background color from the color picker.

  6. Click Save changes on the template.

Tips & best practices

  • Use a transparent PNG logo so the background color flows behind it cleanly.

  • Center alignment works best for most email clients and feels more “official.”

  • Match the header background to your CTA section background for a coherent visual frame.
