Sponsorships section layout

Overview

The Sponsorships section is the heart of every event page. Chamberly lets you choose the layout, density, card treatment, and sort order so the section matches how your sponsors browse and decide.

Before you start

  • Have at least two sponsorships published on a test event so you can preview spacing accurately.

  • Decide whether availability and pricing should be visible (some chambers prefer “Inquire”).

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings > Styling > Event Page > Sponsorships.

  2. Pick a Layout: Grid, Cards, List, or Accordion.

  3. Set Columns (1–4). Three works well for most chambers; four is dense.

  4. Choose a Card style: Shadow, Bordered, Flat, or Gradient.

  5. Toggle Price display, Availability badges, Benefits visibility, and Featured image.

  6. Set CTA button text (e.g., “Add to cart” or “Reserve”).

  7. Set Sort order (Price, Name, Availability) and Visibility filter.

  8. Click Save changes.

Tips & best practices

  • Use Accordion for events with 10+ sponsorships to reduce overwhelming long pages.

  • Sold-out behavior — show, dim, or hide — can be set under Sold-out treatment in the same panel.

  • If first-rights sponsors haven’t responded yet, leave the first-rights countdown visible to signal urgency to other interested parties.

FAQ

What layout converts best?
Grid with 3 columns and shadow cards is the most common choice. Test with your sponsors before committing.

Can I hide prices entirely?
Yes. Toggle Price display off. Buttons will still send sponsors to checkout where price appears in the cart.
