Brand color palette

Edited

Overview

The Color Palette section controls every color used across your event pages: primary, secondary, accent, text, background, and the two button states (default and hover). Setting these once gives every event a cohesive, on-brand storefront.

Before you start

  • Have your brand hex codes handy. If you only have RGB or named colors, convert them first.

  • Confirm contrast ratios. Text on background should clear WCAG AA (4.5:1) at minimum.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings > Styling > Event Page > Color Palette.

  2. Click any color swatch to open the picker. Paste a hex value or pick from the gradient.

  3. Set Primary (used on links and key UI), Secondary, Accent (highlights), Text, and Background.

  4. Set Button color and Button hover color separately so hover state is visible.

  5. Click Save changes.

Tips & best practices

  • Use Accent sparingly. It is meant for one or two emphasis moments per page (badges, callouts).

  • Keep Button hover slightly darker or lighter than Button color rather than a totally different hue.

  • If you switched to Dark theme, invert your text and background pair before adjusting the others.

FAQ

Where does Primary color show up?
Headings, links, the active sponsorship border, and the default button background unless you set Button color separately.

Can I use brand gradients?
Solid colors only here. The CTA section supports gradient backgrounds independently.
