Creating a sponsorship package
Overview
Sponsorship Packages bundle two or more sponsorships into a single offering that sponsors can claim in one transaction. Packages are perfect for season-long deals, multi-event sponsor partnerships, or tiered offerings that combine signage, hospitality, and digital benefits. Packages require a Pro or Premier subscription.
Before you start
Confirm your chamber is on the Pro or Premier tier under Settings > Billing.
Create the underlying sponsorships first — packages reference existing sponsorship inventory.
Decide whether to apply a bundle-level discount or item-level discounts.
Step-by-step
Open Sidebar > Packages and click New package.
Enter the package name, public description, and an optional internal name.
Click Add item and select a sponsorship from the dropdown. Set the quantity included in this package.
Repeat until you have at least two items. Packages with fewer than two items cannot be published.
Choose a discount type: Bundle discount (one percent or fixed amount off the total) or Item discount (per-line override).
Set inventory: total package units available, plus an optional per-buyer limit.
Choose visibility: Public shows the package on the storefront; Private hides it for direct-link or email sends.
Click Save draft to review, then Publish when ready.
Tips & best practices
Use the package preview to verify pricing and discount math before publishing.
Reserve scarce sponsorships (like presenting tier) for higher-priced packages.
If you sell out a child sponsorship, the package is automatically pulled from sale until inventory frees up.
FAQ
Can a sponsor buy a package and individual sponsorships in the same order?
Yes. Items in a package are tracked separately on the order so each sponsorship still appears in the inventory ledger.
Do packages count toward leaderboard totals?
Yes. The discounted package price is what counts toward the sponsor's spend total.
