Bulk exporting sponsorships

Edited

Overview

Bulk export gives you a CSV of every sponsorship on an event (or across all events). Use it for record-keeping, sharing with your board, mass-editing in a spreadsheet, or feeding data into other tools.

Before you start

  • You need an org_manager or chamber_staff role

  • Decide whether you want a single-event export or chamber-wide

Step-by-step (single event)

  1. Open the event from Sidebar > Events

  2. Scroll to the Sponsorships section

  3. Click the three-dot menu in the section header and choose Export CSV

  4. The file downloads with one row per sponsorship

Step-by-step (chamber-wide)

  1. Open Sales > Reports

  2. Click Export all sponsorships

  3. Optionally filter by event status, availability, or date

  4. Click Download CSV

What is in the export

  • Sponsorship ID, name, parent event name

  • Price, inventory, sold count, remaining count

  • Availability status

  • Exposure tier, display order

  • Benefits (semicolon-separated)

  • Created and updated timestamps

Tips & best practices

  • Export before any major edit so you have a baseline you can refer back to

  • Use chamber-wide export at year-end for board reports and audits

  • Pair export with bulk import to mass-update: export, edit in your spreadsheet, re-import as new sponsorships, delete originals

  • Keep the file in a shared drive so your team has the same source of truth

FAQ

Can I export only certain columns?
Not yet — exports include all columns. Hide or delete columns in your spreadsheet after.

Can I export to Excel directly?
The export is CSV. Excel opens CSV without issue and you can save as .xlsx.

How fresh is the export?
Generated on demand — it reflects the current state at the moment you click Export.
