Bulk exporting sponsorships
Overview
Bulk export gives you a CSV of every sponsorship on an event (or across all events). Use it for record-keeping, sharing with your board, mass-editing in a spreadsheet, or feeding data into other tools.
Before you start
You need an org_manager or chamber_staff role
Decide whether you want a single-event export or chamber-wide
Step-by-step (single event)
Open the event from Sidebar > Events
Scroll to the Sponsorships section
Click the three-dot menu in the section header and choose Export CSV
The file downloads with one row per sponsorship
Step-by-step (chamber-wide)
Open Sales > Reports
Click Export all sponsorships
Optionally filter by event status, availability, or date
Click Download CSV
What is in the export
Sponsorship ID, name, parent event name
Price, inventory, sold count, remaining count
Availability status
Exposure tier, display order
Benefits (semicolon-separated)
Created and updated timestamps

Export before any major edit so you have a baseline you can refer back to
Use chamber-wide export at year-end for board reports and audits
Pair export with bulk import to mass-update: export, edit in your spreadsheet, re-import as new sponsorships, delete originals
Keep the file in a shared drive so your team has the same source of truth
FAQ
Can I export only certain columns?
Not yet — exports include all columns. Hide or delete columns in your spreadsheet after.
Can I export to Excel directly?
The export is CSV. Excel opens CSV without issue and you can save as .xlsx.
How fresh is the export?
Generated on demand — it reflects the current state at the moment you click Export.
