Creating a new event

Tips & best practices
Use a clear, scannable event name — sponsors browse on cards, not detail pages
Add at least one sponsorship before flipping to
active— otherwise the public page looks emptyUse the long description to sell the event: who attends, why it matters, last year's results
Set a go-live date if you want the event hidden until a future date even when status is active
FAQ
Why does my event not appear on the storefront?
Check the status — only active events show publicly. Also check the go-live date if set.
Can I move sponsorships between events?
Not directly. Clone the sponsorship into the new event and delete the original.
How do I preview an event before publishing?
From the event detail page, click Preview in the top-right. The preview opens in a new tab using your live styling.
